I have just got a new Bamboo tablet (made by Wacom) and while it appears to be good in use, the wear rate of the pen tip may be a worry. And when Wacom sell nibs for around £2 each it could get expensive!

Update: The tip wear is still there. However using the tablet makes basic working with photos a lot easier 🙂
